Based on these criteria, we provide tailored recommendations from our curated list of journals. These journals may include both in-house publications managed by EDSHODH LLP and partner journals affiliated with our extended publishing network.

All clients must adhere to EDSHODH LLP terms. Violations may lead to termination, blacklisting, and rejection of manuscripts. We reserve the right to deny service to violators of academic ethics.

Author Responsibilities

• Clear Communication: Authors must clearly state subject, indexing, and journal preferences.
• Verification of Indexing: Authors must verify indexing independently.
• Full Cooperation: Timely document submission and responsiveness is required.
• Accuracy: Data must be accurate and original.
• Adherence to Timelines: Delays on author’s end may impact publication.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made to EDSHODH LLP only. Direct payments to journals will not be acknowledged. Failure to pay post-acceptance can lead to withdrawal or delays. Journal-specific payment instructions must be followed.

Turnaround Time

Timelines are based on journal workflows and are estimates. Changes in journal policies or delays are beyond our control. EDSHODH LLP ensures accurate updates but cannot guarantee fixed publication dates.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refunds are applicable if:

• Article is declined post-acceptance and full payment, without author fault
• 30+ day delay occurs with no author misconduct

No Refund if:

• Article is published or in final stage
• Author withdraws after payment or proof approval
• Indexing status changes post-payment

All refund requests must be submitted within 15 days with documentation. Final decision rests with EDSHODH LLP.

Confidentiality and Data Privacy

Client data and manuscripts are confidential. Data is not shared without written consent and is used solely for agreed services. We comply with data protection laws and ensure secure handling.

Limitation of Liability

We provide consultancy and do not guarantee outcomes. Responsibility for final decision rests with the journal. Liability is limited to fees paid. EDSHODH LLP is not liable for delays, rejections, or indexing changes.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. All legal matters are subject to courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India. By availing our services, clients accept this jurisdiction.
